Your Own Workout
Each video shows you a set for a specific muscle group or topic.
To achieve the best result, take 3-5 minutes to do a dynamic warm-up beforehand to activate the muscles. Start with 2 sets and build your own workout. Finally, don't forget to cool down for 5 minutes (e.g. easy cardio)! Mixing is allowed and please: quality before quantity! By the way, you can find the respective exercises in text form in the YouTube description.
